Remove arXiv tag from metadata, add pipeline tag

This PR improves the model card metadata:
- Adds
pipeline_tag: text-classificationso the model can be discovered under the corresponding pipeline filter. - Removes
arxiv:2609.34736from the YAMLtagslist, since the arXiv ID is already referenced as a paper link in the markdown content.
The README content remains unchanged.
